Changes apply from the next fetch. API keys are not managed here: they stay in GitHub Secrets. Each store's key name links it to its lines in the STORE_KEYS secret, e.g. key name CHAIRISMA → SHOPIFY_CHAIRISMA_CLIENT_ID.
